Relax with Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese energy-balancing system that helps people positively manage stress and anxiety. It helps you to release and then transform patterns of being that are not helping you.

What is Shamanic Reiki?

Shamanic Reiki is a healing technique that works on the mind, body and spirit. It was developed in the 1900s by Mikao Usui, who taught Reiki as a system that promotes self-healing, spiritual development and healing for others. Shamanic Reiki helps to clear any energies (that do not belong to you) helping to increase your vitality. I work with my Angel allies when I am channelling Reiki so it can be very powerful for clients.

What Happens During a Shamanic Reiki Session?

The healing session starts with energy clearing of your aura. You then lie down fully clothed on a couch and receive an energy-based massage. During the energy healing I receive guidance from my spirit allies of energies that need to be removed. I use Shamanic Healing methods to clear these energies from your chakras and energy fields. Most clients feel deeply relaxed during the session and often fall asleep.

Reiki is a subtle energy that I channel. In China this energy is known as chi, in India as prana and in Japan they call it ki, which partly explains the name Reiki.
